I feel like they position themselves where there are literally no other options for food. They went out of business at C&W because there is a subway like 15 steps away and people finally wised up :)

I will sometimes eat at Mr. Sub out of the perverse desire to keep them in business. I've always liked the underdog. And a story about Christmas syphilis? The gift that keeps on giving? Who could say no to that!? Do tell, do tell!
