things are going down hill rapidly here at resort x
I wouldnt be suprised if it went under considering the amount of negative reviews we have gotten online and elsewhere.
additionally, more and more problems with infrastructure keep poping up leaving us helpless front desk clerks to deal with them without support from anyone.
i no longer ask if people have enjoyed their stay because im pretty sure that they havnt and its very awkward to have to say "im sorry about that" and have the subtext of "but really, there's nothing i can do about that"
we had a huge group check in today, it was madness. these things are never well organized..gah
i wait for the day louise quits, she has become openly hostile towards other staff
